Jenny was able to take my reported mileage for each car, and assured me that I would have a follow-up conversation with Jennifer who originally called me. Jenny was helpful, patient, responsive and thorough during our conversation. Jenny is a great addition to the State Farm team."

I had been shopping around for insurance because I was trying to lower my monthly payment, and Jennifer remembered me from when we spoke months ago. She went through my policy with me, adjusted my coverage, increased my protection, added benefits I actually wanted, and somehow LOWERED my payment even more than the quote I had originally received.

She was patient, helpful, and genuinely worked with me instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive policy. I ended up with better coverage and a much more manageable payment.

"I've been with State Farm for over 10 years now, and I can honestly say that the Daevon Parks Office has absolutely lived up to the saying, "Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there." Every interaction I've had with them over the years has been extremely positive, and everyone in the office has always been incredibly friendly and helpful.

I especially want to give Jhosseline her flowers. The last few times I've called, she's been the one helping me, and she is absolutely wonderful. Insurance is definitely not something I know much about, so I always have a lot of questions (and sometimes they even feel a little silly). She has never once made me feel that way. She's kind, patient, understanding, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that's easy to understand (even repeating multiple times if needed). I always hang up feeling confident, informed, and genuinely taken care of.

One thing I've really appreciated over the years is that this office always seems to have my best interests in mind.
