"This office has been great. My aunt owned it before selling it, and the customer service in the office has not changed. I'm grateful for Statefarm car insurance. I have been in 2 car accidents before. Both were easy to work with Statefarm. One was an uninsured motorist that caused the accident and Statefarm didn't hesitate in covering the repairs of my vehicle and also didn't raise the price of my policy. Fast forward 8 years and we're finding it hard to stay insured due to rate increases. I told the office my concerns and they were so helpful at easing my stress by going over options that are doable, that can lower our rates if it comes to not being able to afford it anymore. I love that they're willing to work with us on our policy and aren't just money hungry and wanting to keep us at the same rates. I'm grateful for their thoughtfulness and good customer service."
